How to Clean and Coat White Membrane Rooftops

Tools and Supplies needed
Hot water pressure washer
Surface cleaner (bigger the better - 24 to 36 inches)
Chemical tank or backpack sprayer
Simix Cleaner
Simix Ceramic Coating

HOW TO CLEAN WITH SIMIX CLEANER
  1. Clean debris off roof with pressure washer.
  2. Make any necessary repairs to damaged sections of roof.
  3. Dissolve cleaner in hot water. 
  4. Immediately apply the cleaner. Rooftop should be completely soaked.
  5. Allow to dwell for 20 minutes.
  6. Wash off with surface cleaner. 
  7. Let unit and roof dry.

HOW TO APPLY SIMIX CERAMIC COATING
  1. Mix Simix Ceramic Coating with water. Check temperature and consult mixing chart for proper amounts.
  2. Spray coating on to dry roof. As one person sprays, another mops and spreads the coating.
  3. Let coating dry.
  4. Add more coats.
