It's Easy to Coat Standard Polished Concrete
​with Simix Ceramic Floor Coating

1. Perform standard grinding and polishing to the level desired. Simix will not require polishing to levels currently done with the traditional grinding process.
2. After 100-200 grit polish pass, use Simix to densify to saturation

• Simix can take the floor from 400 grit on, eliminating final resin polish passes

3. Apply 4 coats of Simix Ceramic Floor Coating to replace guard coat
4. Burnish with diamond pads (1800, buff) to achieve desired polish
